Houston City Council Member Wanda Adams
wanted to experience the plight of the homeless.
So the one-term local lawmaker dressed down and headed out on
the streets of Houston. Adams actually slept outside on a
cardboard box.
Adams says she wants to get more funding to address the growing
homeless population in Houston.
