The mission of The Salvation Army Evangeline Booth Garden Apartments is to preserve and enhance the dignity and independence of the elderly, to provide them with safe, affordable housing, and to enrich their overall quality of life. The new 62-unit facility will offer opportunities for the spiritual, social, physical and educational development of its residents.
