Spiritual
Counseling:
The Salvation Army is unique in its
service to others. Because all Salvation Army officers are
ordained ministers trained in grief counseling, they provide
disaster victims with spiritual guidance and emotional support.
The extra care and concern The Salvation Army officers give
helps the victims to overcome feelings of loss and despair and
begin to facilitate the grieving process.
