Family Residence

Cook – FT

Primary FunctionsPrepares, cooks and serves nutritional meals and snacks in accordance with established guidelines and schedules; ensures all meals are prepared and served in a safe and presentable manner; cleans kitchen facilities, equipment and appliances; maintains inventory of kitchen supplies and food in a neat and orderly manner.

Housing Monitor – PT

Primary FunctionsAssists residents staying in the Family Residence overnight; performs client intake procedures and prepares client intake records; monitors the activity of residents on an assigned shift ensuring safety, security and compliance to house rules; maintains accurate and complete records and logs containing pertinent information; ensures that facility is maintained in a neat and proper order.

Child Care Aide – PT

Primary FunctionsProvides care for children and infants in a child care environment including personal care, hygiene, meals and snacks, learning and developmental activities and specialized programs; maintains cleanliness and orderliness of child care area.

Harbor Light

Choir Director – FT

Primary Functions: Plans, schedules, coordinates, and leads choir engagements; conducts choir practices and rehearsals in preparation for performances; instructs choir members in the proper methods of singing songs; counsels choir members and evaluates progress in choir program as a part of their recovery process.

Lead Case Management Specialist – FT

Primary Functions: Serves as lead worker to case management staff; interviews, accepts, and provides comprehensive, long-term, structured, complex, case management services for an assigned caseload of clients participating in an established  life management program; understands the uniqueness of the client’s history in order to determine most effective program plans; develops comprehensive program plan/goals and evaluates client's progress by conducting mentoring and counseling sessions with client and/or staff; serves as advocate for client in order to acquire services that will enable them to functionally cope with their environment; ensures constant compliance with funding requirements.

Northwest Corps

Custodian – PT

Primary Functions:  Cleans and maintains the buildings and grounds to ensure the neatness and cleanliness of the same on a daily basis.

Pasadena

Program Manager – FT

Primary FunctionsPlans, directs, coordinates, and monitors the day-to-day operations of the assigned program activities; develops, implements, and evaluates program operations and services; supervises all program staff including scheduling, reporting and appropriate record keeping; ensures appropriate training and development of staff; ensures work is in compliance with established policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulations; responds to program operation questions; interprets and enforces policies and procedures in program; assists in program audits, and develops/communicates procedural changes necessary to make corrective action to ensure compliance with changing program requirements

Program Director – PT

Primary Functions: Assists in facilitating and monitoring activities of the Boys and Girls Club; supervises and coaches sporting events; assists in maintaining the Boys and Girls Club facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Senior Program Coordinator/Substitute Driver – PT

Primary Functions:  Plans, coordinates, supervises and implements a Senior Citizens Program including recreational, entertaining, educational, craft, and exercise activities; supervises employees and volunteers and ensures compliance with program policies and procedures; prepares statistical reports; may transports seniors to and from programs; may assist in preparing/serving meals.

Shelter Monitor – PT (Weekends and holidays)
