Christmas Assistance Registration Requirements

You will need to have
the following information with you:
·
Your Photo I.D.
·
Verification of your address, for
example a bill that includes your name and address.
·
Your Social Security Card or an
official document that includes your Social Security number.
·
Your proof of income, for example a
current check stub, a SSI document, a TANF Award
letter, a Medicaid
statement.
For
each of your children the following documents are required:
·
A birth certificate.
·
A Social Security Card or an official
document that has his or her social security number
listed.
Christmas Assistance Available for:
Children Age 12 and Under & Seniors Age 62 and Older
If you do not have these documents with you,
you will not be allowed to register.
Do not bring children, including babies.
No children, including babies will be allowed inside a Salvation Army
building during registration.
